Solid Foundation Property Group, Inc. is a creative real estate solutions company revitalizing neighborhoods one home at a time.  We buy, fix, and rent or sell properties throughout the greater Norfolk, Omaha, Sioux City, and Sioux Falls area.We specialize in purchasing distressed single family and multi-family homes at a discount, then renovating them and either renting them to qualified residents or selling them to retail homebuyers.  Founded in 2025 by Beth and Wade Plessner, Solid Foundation Property Group is excited to contribute to the economic rejuvenation of these towns and their neighborhoods.

Wade has over 23-years of experience in sales and management with John Deere Dealerships, where he built long-standing, personal relationships with farmers and business leaders.  His expertise in business operations, customer relations, and financial growth translates directly to managing and scaling investment opportunities.

Beth Plessner

Co-Founder

Beth has been partnering with business owners across a wide range of industries to help them grow through advertising, research, and strategic communication.  Known for her organizational skills and attention to detail, she has built lasting business relationships and a reputation for delivering results.  Her ability to analyze markets, conduct thorough research, and manage complex projects, provides a strong foundation for sound investment decisions, including her work in real estate investments.
